Natural wine has been around for years but has just recently become a common dinner conversation for the wine and sustainability enthusiasts among us. So what is natural wine other than the new "it" topic of 2018? We're partnering with Frankie owners Rebecca and Rowen to find out.
Join us on September 18th for a multi-course dinner inspired by fresh ingredients, simple preparation and co-owner Rowen's Australian roots. Each course will be paired with wine from their 'natural only' wine list and guests will have the opportunity to sip, taste and ask questions. Why is it cloudy, what makes it orange, how do I know what I'm ordering? This meal is your opportunity to go on a 'glouglou' journey to further understand what it means, why it matters, and how to fully appreciate every ounce of 'terroir' that goes into your glass.
When: Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 7-10 p.m.
Where: Frankie (264 Grove St, Jersey City, NJ 07302)
What: Multi-course dinner, cocktail and wine included!
Tickets go quickly– if you missed us, or aren’t able to join us for this meal, we’re more than happy to keep you in the loop for future events. Sign up for *very occasional* emails with updates on upcoming meals.
Interested in partnering with us on future meals? This is a community event with the goal of making the evening accessible to local makers, which depends largely on donations of either time or food. That said, each meal takes on its own set of needs, so we’re flexible in the ways we look to collaborate. We can’t wait to hear from you!
